Business continuity is a coordinated process that makes sure another physical location is available for operations in the event of an emergency.
The human factors competency is the application of psychology principles to provide training, design better products and create better work environments to increase productivity and decrease safety problems.
Quality is the process of confirming customer expectations with the use of standards and metrics.
Real Estate and Property Management is one of the eleven competency areas as identified by the International Facility Management Association’s global job task analyses.
