Joseph D’aranjo has a word of encouragement for us amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
LOCKDOWN: That’s the buzzword now – everywhere. Many are scrambling to cope with this new norm. How do we react to this? By being supportive, caring and considerate.
Let’s stay positive in a time of fear and anxiety and see LOCKDOWN as:
L – Listen and reach out to those in vulnerable positions.
O – Open our hearts and in some situations home to those in need.
C – Call out to those in the front lines and show appreciation for their dedication, commitment and courage.
K – Know that despite everything, we will get through this and come out stronger and more united.
D – Dwell in the knowledge that it’s going to get better.
O – Open ourselves to new ways of doing things and find new opportunities in doing our business.
W – Wait and know that this too shall pass. Be ready to embrace the new chapter.
N – Nurture new and existing relationships and connect with people that you have not be in touch for a while.
Be that new community of hope.
Please share this with your families and friends.
