Architect Olusegun Paul Adetokunbo Ladega, Managing Director at Interstate Architects Limited is a chartered and registered architect with approximately 40 years of consultancy practice experience in architectural design, construction contract administration, Project Management, facilities management, arbitration and dispute resolution.

For the past 31 years, first as Executive Director and later Managing Director, has been a major seminal influence behind the prolific creative output of Interstate Architects Limited.

Under his leadership the firm has won Major local and international Architectural Design Competitions and Awards, some of which include:

  • The Central Bank of Nigeria Head Office Building Abuja.
  • African Export Import Bank Building, Heliopolis Cairo, Egypt.
  • Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Ltd. Head-Office Building, Benin City, EDO State.
  • The Civic Centre Tower, Victoria Island, Lagos.
  • African Development Bank, Nigerian Field Office Building, Abuja.

His portfolio of successfully completed projects cover a diverse range of Building Types including:

A well-known personage in the construction industry, Arc. Olusegun has served his profession in many capacities including:

  • President of the Association of Consulting Architects Nigeria (ACAN) (2003-2007).
  • National Treasurer Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) (1993-1995).
  • Member Archibuilt Committee 1990-95.
  • He was for many years a resource person to the NIA Board of Education.
  • Member Board Of Trustees Guild of Adjudicators In Nigeria (GAIN).
  • He had also been appointed by the President of the NIA as arbitrator on construction contract disputes.

In recognition of his contributions to the profession he was made Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Architects in 2005.

Arc. Olusegun is a graduate of the University of Lagos, a well rounded student, he was a member of the student union parliament for two consecutive years; he was president of the Environmental Design Students Association (1979/1980 session) and was also active in the National Association of Architecture Students (NAAS) He is a recipient of the University’s Department of Architecture Outstanding Alumnus Award for Excellence in Architecture practice. He is also actively involved in several religious, educational and civic organizations.
