Mr. Paul Erubami is the CEO and principal consultant of Max-Migold Limited, a specialist facility management company. He is well vast in facility management knowledge and he is providing value-added solutions to the built environment by training facility management practitioners. A lot of FMs have benefitted from his yearly FM giving back series.
Mr. Paul Erubami was the Secretary, National Steering Committee of the Association of Facilities Management Practitioners, Nigeria (AFMPN) – The Nigeria FM Initiative. He is now the current National Deputy President of the Association. The association, AFMPN was incorporated in Nigeria in 2017.
He developed a comprehensive facility management Mastercraft Program that delivers internship placements as part of the package. He also lectures in the Master in Facilities Management (MFM) Program at the department of Estate Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, University of Lagos.
As a certified IFMA instructor, he teaches the Essentials of Facility Management (EoFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) and the Certified Facility Manager (CFM).
