Mr. Richard Olatunji Okesola is the founder of Richard Okesola & Associates and serves as the Chief Consultant of the firm. He is a graduate of Estate Management and also holds a Master’s degree in facilities Management (MFM) from the University of Lagos. He is a past president of the Nigerian Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA Nigeria).
He is widely travelled, and has attended many local and international conferences, seminars and workshops and has facilitated at few local workshops and trainings.
He is a distinguished Alumnus Award Winner of both the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife (2010) and the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos (2017).

He is a Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
An Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANISV).
A certified Facility Management Professional (FMP).
A member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Nigeria Chapter where he dutifully and meritoriously served as the General Secretary 2008-2010, Vice President 2011- 2013 and President 2014-2016.
He served as a member of the Outdoor and Welfare Sub-Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Lagos Branch 2013/2014.
Work History
2000 – 2017: He joined Alfred James Holdings Ltd., and became the pioneer General Manager before he voluntarily resigned in 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer.
1994 – 2000: He joined the firm of Fola Oyekan & Associates, he resigned as an Associate Partner.
He worked with the reputable firm of Biyi Adesanya & Co. where he acquired his tutelage experience up until 1992.
Education
2010: He obtained Master in Facilities Management (MFM) degree from the University of Lagos.
1992: He obtained his B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
Social Activity
He is member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club 1938 where he served as the Entertainment Chairman of the Club between 2012 and 2014 and successfully hosted the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria during the 75th Anniversary Celebration of the Club in 2013.
